A 360-degree marketing, from creating a strategic marketing and communication planning to the succession of each execution for all business units; Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club and Park Hyatt Dubai. Dubai Creek Resort comprises a 5-star luxury hotel with 223 rooms and suites, a Championship golf course, 121-berth Marina, the Dubai Creek Academies including golf, tennis, padel tennis and fitness center, Amara Spa and 14 award-winning restaurants and bars, Kids Club and more.

Marketing & Communications Manager, Dubai Golf

October 2017 - July 2019

The world has changed after the pandemic and myself as a marketer started feeling the pressure to bring footfall in a non ideal environment due to fears of traveling or travel ban across the globe.

 

This is where our adaptability is put to the test as there is no 'how to deal with pandemic' for dummies text book. How can you ensure that your establishment will always prioritise the safety and health not just guests but also colleagues who held a vital role to maintain the safety and hygiene of the property.

Dubai Creek Golf Holiday Villas 2020

The goal was to provide GCC holiday goers 24 units of 4-bedroom fully furnished villas with a private pool including access to all leisure, sports (golf, tennis, padel and fitness) plus over 15 dining venues across the resort.

 

The challenge was classic, increase awareness amongst the holiday seekers and conversion.

 

A series of campaign was prepared including: a website with full booking capacity, establish social media accounts, new assets (photos and videos) plus PR activities through various stories and tactical promotions). 

Triple room nights was generated in just 1 month after launch plus amazing follower growth on Instagram as the result of influencer hosting.

Dubai Pre-owned Boat Show 2010 - 2019

Established in 2010, the Pre-owned Boat Show has provided UAE residents as well as GCC visitors a reason to visit every year. A true platform for marine and boat/yacht enthusiasts including distributors or reseller to network and the visitors to enjoy a host of entertainment for all ages. The event drawn over than 5000 over 3 days each year. 
 

Through a-360 degree marketing campaign (ATL and BTL) including live radio broadcast, print and digital advertorial, social media and much more, the show has maintained a well stability in terms of growth on footfall as well as popularity amongst UAE residents.
